December 13 Join the Department of Athletics and the Massachusetts Chapter as the Rams' Men’s Basketball team takes on Boston College at Conte Forum. Pre-game reception begins at 4:30 p.m., followed by the game at 6:45 p.m. Game tickets are $15 and can be ordered by calling the URI Box Office at 401-874-RAMS. January 8–10 Save the date for the sixth annual URI Alumni Ski Weekend at Mt. Snow, Vermont. Take advantage of discounted rooms and lift tickets, and enjoy a welcome dinner on Friday evening sponsored by the Alumni Association. Further details and online registration now available.

January 9 Join the Rhode Island Chapter and Habitat for Humanity “Build Day” in Providence. The Rhode Island Chapter will build from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the Alumni Association will provide lunch. Online registration will be available soon. January 21 Join the Albany alumni for their first official event, held from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Buca di Beppo Restaurant on Wolf Road. Cost is $10, and includes appetizers and a chance to win URI raffle prizes. Reservations are limited and are expected to sell out quickly. January 30 The Southwest Florida Gators’ January in Florida event will be held at the Royale Palm Yacht Club at 11:30 a.m. The cost of this event is $27 and includes lunch and a chance to win great URI gear. February 25-28 For the 20th consecutive year, the URI Phi Sigma Kappa alumni group will gather for their annual ski trip at the Fairbrother Lodge in Lake Placid, NY. Skiing, riding, bobsledding, dog sled racing, movies, and a traditional game of ball tag are on the agenda. Cost is $210 for the entire weekend and includes dinner each night.
