Howard Frank joined Carnival Corporation July 1989 and has served as vice-chairman and COO since January 1998. He directs the company's corporate business development strategies and along with the chairman and CEO, provides oversight of the company's various worldwide operations. Before joining Carnival, he was a partner at Price Waterhouse, where he was responsible for a number of diversified clients, largely focused in the cruise and travel industries.
