Publications & Creative Services

The URI Publications & Creative Services Office is a collaborative of designers, writer/editors, a staff photographer, and production and administrative staff who produce more than 400 print projects and 600 Web pages/projects annually.

Housed in the Division of University Advancement, the Publications & Creative Services Office provides creative and project management services to a variety of clients, with a focus in several areas: Undergraduate Admission recruitment materials, including materials for the Honors Program, Orientation, and Talent Development; major University events such as Commencement and the Honors Colloquium; Alumni Relations; and Development.

The Publications & Creative Services Office also serves in an advisory capacity for the University Web Site and helps to promote a positive and consistent image of the University through the Visual Standards Guide, which includes standards on color usage, typography, and downloadable files of the URI logo and seal.

• URI’s Alumni Web site, which includes a variety of online services for alumni and friends, such as class notes, address updates, esubscriptions, and an alumni directory. Online registration is also available for many alumni events.
